Terms and Conditions – PingMeDoc

Welcome to PingMeDoc HealthTech Private Limited (“PingMeDoc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided through our platform. By accessing or using any part of the PingMeDoc platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Working Hours
Our services are available during the following hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM IST
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next available working slot.
- Standard Orders: Processed within 120 minutes during working hours
- Priority Orders: Processed within 30 minutes during working hours
2. Service Scope and Eligibility
PingMeDoc offers digital healthcare services including:
- Online medical consultations
- Issuance of medical and fitness certificates
- Prescription issuance
- Lab report analysis and recommendations
Services are available only to users aged 18 and above. Minors may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration and Information Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated personal, health-related, and identity information when registering or submitting service requests. Any attempt to submit false or misleading data is a breach of these Terms.
By using PingMeDoc, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and health data, including government-issued ID proofs, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention
PingMeDoc may request valid government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, or Driving License) to verify patient identity and prevent misuse.
- Submission of falsified, tampered, forged, or altered documents is strictly prohibited and may result in:
- Permanent suspension from the platform
- No refund of fees paid
- Reporting to legal authorities
5. Certificate Issuance Guidelines
- Certificates comply with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
- Certificates will reflect the actual date of submission, and may include the consulting doctor’s digital signature, seal, and registration number.
- Physical address or clinic location will not be mentioned, as all consultations are fully online.
- Format customization is not permitted. If users need clarification regarding acceptability of format, they may email us at care@pingmedoc.com before proceeding.
6. Consultations and Document Issuance
Upon successful payment:
- A qualified doctor will review your submission and may conduct an online consultation via call, chat, or video.
- Based on the doctor’s assessment, a certificate or prescription may or may not be issued.
- The diagnosis, certificate duration, and content are entirely at the discretion of the consulting doctor.
7. International Clients
International clients may use PingMeDoc services under the following terms:
- All documents are issued based on Indian medical practice and may not be accepted in foreign jurisdictions.
- It is the client’s responsibility to verify document acceptability before ordering.
- Refunds, if eligible, are processed in INR or USD after deducting a flat $25 USD processing fee.
Currency conversion charges or delays by international banks/payment gateways are outside PingMeDoc control.
8. Standardization and Custom Requests
- All certificates follow a standard template as per Indian medical norms.
- Requests for backdating, doctor identity concealment, or manipulation of certificate details are strictly declined.
- For exceptional format needs (with justification), users may contact us at care@pingmedoc.com before purchase.
9. Data Collection, Storage, and Privacy
PingMeDoc collects IP address, location data, and submission timestamps to ensure service authenticity.
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and securely stored on encrypted servers.
Once a certificate or prescription is issued, data deletion requests cannot be entertained due to legal and regulatory compliance.
10. Consultation Protocol and Verification
All consultations are one-to-one between the user and the doctor. Third-party interventions (e.g., parent, friend, employer) are not permitted unless legally authorized.
Doctor credentials can be verified through the National Medical Register.
For safety and anti-harassment, PingMeDoc does not share individual doctor contact details.
11. Limitations and Disclaimers
- PingMeDoc serves as a facilitator between patients and licensed medical practitioners.
- The decision to issue a document lies solely with the consulting doctor.
- We do not guarantee acceptance of documents by third parties (e.g., RTO, universities, employers).
- Services are for non-medico-legal use only.
12. Refunds and Charges
- If a certificate is not issued due to ineligibility, a convenience fee of ₹199/- (India) or $25 USD (International) is charged and the balance refunded.
- Non-refundable services (e.g., post-consultation) are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 8–10 working days.
- Full refund, minus applicable charges, will be granted only if PingMeDoc is unable to deliver the service.

13. Breach and Misuse
If a user is found to:
- Submit false medical or identity information
- Attempt to manipulate or reuse documents
- Abuse our staff or medical professionals
- Misuse the platform for unethical or unauthorized purposes
- PingMeDoc reserves the right to suspend access, deny refunds, and initiate legal action.
14. Limitation of Liability
PingMeDoc shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the user for a specific service.
We do not take responsibility for misuse of issued certificates after delivery.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
