Questions labs ask

How long does switching take?
For one lab, usually a few days to set up and a week side by side. The test list is what takes time, not the patients.
Do I have to move my old results?
No. Keep the old system open read-only for old reports and start fresh here from a set date. Make sure you keep a full export of the old data before its subscription ends.
We run on Excel and a Word template. Is that harder?
It is easier. Your rate list is already a spreadsheet. Send it and your report template, and we set up the tests to match.
Is there a fee for setting up?
No setup fee for the software. Setup help is on WhatsApp, so nobody needs to visit.
What if we do not like it?
Your old system was never switched off during the trial week. Stop, export what you entered, and carry on as before.
