Why from the software

Not from a staff phone: Reports go from the software, so they do not sit in a technician's personal chats and do not stop when that person is on leave.
On your letterhead: The patient receives a PDF with your lab's name, logo and signatures.
Other messages in your words: Booking confirmed, sample collected and payment due messages, with wording you set for your lab.
A record of what was sent: See which report went to whom and when. A corrected report goes out as a new version.
Patients can check it: Every report carries a QR code. An edited copy fails the check.
Only approved reports: Nothing goes out until the report is approved, so a half-entered result never reaches a patient.

How many WhatsApp reports are included?

300 a month on Lab Starter, 750 a month on Lab Growth, 1,500 a month on Lab Pro. Above that, 25 paise per report (20 paise on Lab Pro).

Does the patient need an app?

No. The report arrives in their normal WhatsApp, as a PDF or a secure link to open it.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?

No. Reports go out through PingMeDoc's verified WhatsApp business number, with your lab's name in the message.

Can I still print?

Yes. Print, WhatsApp, or both, for every report.
