1) About PingMeDoc
Who we are and what this platform provides.
PingMeDoc (“PingMeDoc”, “we”, “us”) provides an online healthcare platform that may include labs/diagnostics booking, online pharmacy features, doctor consultation flows, medical certificate request flows, and informational health tools.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2) Eligibility and accounts
Your responsibilities when creating and using an account.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate details when requested.
- Account security: You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
- Report issues: If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@pingmedoc.com.
3) Services and limitations
How services work and what we can and cannot guarantee.
PingMeDoc helps you submit information, book services, and (where applicable) connect you with licensed providers. Some services may be fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g., labs, logistics partners, payment providers).
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time to improve safety, compliance, or performance.
Labs
Availability and timelines can depend on partner lab capacity and slot availability.
Pharmacy
Dispatch and returns depend on item category, regulation, and delivery constraints.
Consult & certificates
Issuance/outputs depend on medical appropriateness and review requirements.
4) Medical nature and non-emergency use
Important safety boundary for platform usage.
Not for emergencies
PingMeDoc is not intended for emergency medical conditions. If you have severe symptoms (e.g., chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness, confusion, seizures, loss of consciousness), seek immediate in-person care.
Health tools and informational content (if any) are for general guidance and do not replace a clinician’s judgment.
5) Medical certificates rules
Integrity, clinical appropriateness, and acceptance boundaries.
- Certificates may be issued only after appropriate review by a registered medical practitioner (where applicable).
- We do not create false, misleading, or backdated certificates. A certificate must reflect medically appropriate information based on review.
- Your organisation’s acceptance is subject to their policy; if they require a specific addressee or template, you should provide it during application.
Attempting to coerce issuance, falsify information, or submit forged documents may result in rejection and account restrictions.
6) Pharmacy and lab bookings
Fulfillment constraints and non-returnable/non-cancellable scenarios.
Pharmacy orders and lab bookings may have additional fulfillment, availability, and timing constraints. Where third parties are involved (lab partner, delivery partner), fulfillment timelines are estimates.
Some items/services may be non-returnable or non-cancellable due to safety, regulatory, or perishable nature, or because fulfillment has already started.
7) Payments
Checkout, gateways, and pricing.
Payment processing
You agree to pay applicable fees shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Prices may change over time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.
8) Cancellations and refunds
Category-based rules apply.
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the service category (medical certificates, pharmacy, labs). Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact rules.
Where refunds apply, processing time depends on the original payment method and bank processing timelines.
Please read: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9) Acceptable use
Prohibited actions and misuse prevention.
- Do not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit false identity details, impersonate another person, or upload forged documents.
- Do not request a clinician to create false information, backdate, or bypass medical review.
10) Privacy
How we handle your data.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data, including health-related information when you choose to submit it for services.
Please read: Privacy Policy.
11) Disclaimers and liability
Service availability and third-party acceptance boundaries.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee outcomes, third-party acceptance of documents, or uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12) Contact
Questions, notices, or policy clarifications.
