A day in your lab

The same six steps every lab runs. The software keeps each one on the record.

  1. Counter

    Register and bill

    Name, age, sex, phone and the tests. The bill, receipt and any due amount come out in one go, with referral doctor and discount recorded.

  2. Collection

    Barcode every tube

    Print a barcode label per sample. From here every tube is traced: who collected it, when it reached the bench, where it went.

  3. Bench

    Enter results

    Type values against reference ranges for the patient's age and sex. Out-of-range values flag on their own; critical values ask for a callback.

  4. Sign-off

    Check and approve

    One person enters, another approves, if you want it that way. The patient's previous value prints beside today's.

  5. Delivery

    Report on WhatsApp

    The report on your letterhead goes to the patient on WhatsApp. A correction goes out as a new version, never a quiet edit.

  6. Evening

    Close the day

How much does the lab software cost?
Lab Starter is ₹1,999 a month plus GST for one lab, with 300 WhatsApp reports a month included. A second centre is on Lab Growth, and up to five centres on Lab Pro. Every price is on the pricing page.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. 14 days free with every feature. No card, no sales call. Sign up, add your lab name and tests, and print your first report the same day.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on the computer you already have at the counter. A printer that prints A4 and a label printer for barcodes are enough.
Can I keep my current software for some things?
Use PingMeDoc as your complete operating platform, or connect selected capabilities to your existing workflow where supported. Many labs start with WhatsApp reports or billing and move the rest when they are ready.
Does it connect to my analyser?
Analyser interfacing runs over HL7 and ASTM, with one machine class proven in a live lab so far. It costs ₹499 a month per machine plus a one-time ₹14,999 wiring charge. Tell us your model and we will say where it stands before you pay.
Is patient data safe?
Data is encrypted and hosted in India. Each lab sees only its own patients, staff log in with OTP, and every view and change is logged.
