Where Drlogy is ahead

Drlogy has a free listing tier and a very large content and tools library that many labs already use, and its patient-facing directory can send a lab bookings we cannot.

Which to pick

Pick Drlogy if the listing and content ecosystem matters to you and you are comfortable buying on a demo call without a published price.

Pick PingMeDoc if you want every price published before the call, a complete entry plan, and report discipline (delta values, versioned corrections, two-person release) that Drlogy does not publish.

Questions labs ask

What does Drlogy lab software cost?
Drlogy publishes a free tier and lists Premium features, but we could not verify a public Premium subscription price. Request a written quote. PingMeDoc publishes every plan: Lab Starter is ₹1,999 a month, Growth ₹3,999 and Pro ₹7,999, all before GST, with commissioning charges listed separately.
Is machine interfacing included with Drlogy?
On Drlogy's public pages analyser interfacing is a premium-plan feature. PingMeDoc prices it per machine on every plan: ₹499 a month plus a one-time wiring charge, so a Starter lab can connect its one analyser without moving up a tier.
Does PingMeDoc have a patient directory like Drlogy?
No. PingMeDoc gives each lab its own booking page and patient app under the lab's brand, and a WhatsApp agent that takes bookings, but it does not run a public directory that lists your lab beside others. If directory bookings are a real channel for you, that is a point for Drlogy.
Can I trial PingMeDoc before a call?
Yes. The lab trial needs no card and no sales call: create the account, load your test list and print a barcode within the hour. Drlogy's route is a demo call first.
