Sanitary pads use an absorbent core (often cellulose/SAP) to lock in menstrual fluid and a top sheet to wick moisture away from the skin. Adhesive backing helps keep the pad in place to prevent shifting and leakage.
Peel off the release paper and stick the pad onto clean, dry underwear with the adhesive side down. Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if saturated; wrap and dispose in a bin (do not flush). Choose appropriate size/absorbency based on flow.
