FAQs
What is a medical certificate, and when do I need one?+
A medical certificate is a doctor-issued document that supports absence from work/college, confirms fitness to join/resume duties, or satisfies a specific official requirement (for example, Form 1A for driving licence renewal or an international submission).
How does the online process work?+
You choose the certificate type, fill a short form with the dates and required details, select your timeline (Standard/Fast/Priority depending on the certificate), and pay securely to submit for doctor review. If clarification is required, you may be contacted briefly before issuance.
Do you issue backdated or false certificates?+
No. Certificates cannot be backdated or contain false information. Issuance depends on doctor review and clinical appropriateness.
Will my employer or college accept the certificate?+
Many organisations accept doctor-issued certificates that include standard identifiers and clear dates. Acceptance ultimately depends on your organisation’s internal policy. If they require a specific addressee/template, provide it during application.
What if the certificate cannot be issued after review?+
If a certificate cannot be issued after doctor review, a refund may be processed as per policy. If a consultation/review step has already occurred, an applicable doctor consultation fee may be deducted based on the case.
How do timelines and pricing work?+
Most medical certificates start at ₹399. You can select your processing timeline in the application (Standard/Fast/Priority). Form 1A and International certificates have separate pricing, shown on their respective pages.

Select the certificate type and timeline, then pay securely to submit for doctor review.
