Yes — choose a test, add your address, and pick a time slot. A trained phlebotomist visits your home at the scheduled time. Coverage available across India.

Some tests require 8–12 hours of fasting (water is fine). Fasting requirements are clearly shown on each test page. If you can't fast, we also offer no-fasting health checkup packages.

Most routine tests are ready within 6–24 hours. Reports are delivered digitally to your PingMeDoc dashboard — you can view, download and share anytime.

All tests are processed at NABL-accredited, ISO-certified partner labs. Reports are generally accepted by doctors and hospitals for clinical use.

Yes — add multiple profiles (family members) to your account and book tests for any of them. Each person's reports are stored separately.

In most cases, yes. Rescheduling depends on slot availability. You can manage bookings from your dashboard or contact support.
