Some tests need 8–12 hours of fasting; water is always fine. The requirement is shown on the test card and again in your confirmation, with the exact time to stop eating. If you can't fast, book a no-fasting package instead.
Every sample goes to an NABL-accredited partner lab, named on your booking before you pay and on the final report. Reports are accepted by doctors and hospitals for clinical use.
