How do I choose between Full Body and Complete Health checkups?

Full Body packages use blood samples only. Complete Health packages add urine analysis (24 parameters), which screens for UTIs, kidney damage, and diabetes markers. If you want the most thorough check, go with Complete Health.

Is fasting required?

Most packages require 8-12 hours of fasting. We have 3 No Fasting packages for people who can't fast. Drinking water is always allowed.

How does home collection work?

After booking, select a morning or afternoon slot. A trained phlebotomist visits your home, collects the blood/urine sample, and transports it in a temperature-controlled container to a NABL-accredited lab. Results are ready in 6 hours.

Can I claim tax deduction under Section 80D?

Yes. Our Tax Saver packages (₹2,499 basic and ₹4,499 advanced) are eligible for deduction up to ₹25,000 (₹50,000 for senior citizens) under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act. We provide an invoice with your PAN linked for filing.

What happens after I get my report?

Reports are delivered digitally via your PingMeDoc dashboard and email. If any value is abnormal, our doctor will call you to explain the results and recommend next steps. You can also book a follow-up consultation.

Are these tests accurate?

All tests are processed in NABL-accredited, ISO-certified partner labs using the same equipment as hospitals. Our temperature-controlled sample transport ensures accuracy. Every report is reviewed by a qualified pathologist.
