Ace Proxyvon Tablet

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, headache, dry mouth

Prescription-only analgesic. May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery. Risk of stomach ulcer/bleeding with NSAIDs; use caution in elderly and in patients with peptic ulcer disease. Paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver injury—avoid other paracetamol-containing products and alcohol. Tramadol may cause dependence, respiratory depression, and seizures (higher risk in epilepsy or with interacting medicines). Use caution in kidney/liver disease, asthma/COPD, and in patients with history of substance misuse. Not recommended in children; avoid near term in pregnancy unless specifically advised.

Alcohol, other opioids/sedatives (benzodiazepines, sleep medicines), SSRIs/SNRIs/TCAs/MAOIs (serotonin syndrome, seizures), anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel—bleeding risk), other NSAIDs/steroids (GI bleed), antihypertensives/diuretics (reduced effect, kidney risk), lithium, methotrexate, anticonvulsants (carbamazepine, phenytoin), CYP inhibitors/inducers affecting tramadol (e.g., fluoxetine, paroxetine)
