The Complete Health Checkup Advance Plus combines 118 tests across blood and urine to provide one of the most thorough mid-premium screenings available. It adds Arthritis markers (RA Factor, Anti-CCP antibodies) and Cystatin C to the already extensive Advanced PLUS tier.
The arthritis markers are particularly valuable because rheumatoid arthritis, if caught early, can be managed effectively with disease-modifying drugs before permanent joint damage occurs. Anti-CCP antibodies are highly specific for RA and can be positive years before symptoms appear. Combined with hs-CRP from the Comprehensive tier, these markers give a detailed picture of autoimmune inflammation.
Cystatin C paired with urine microalbumin and urine routine provides a triple-layered kidney assessment — Cystatin C for filtration rate, microalbumin for early damage and urine analysis for infection and structural abnormalities. This combination is far more sensitive than creatinine alone and is considered the gold standard for comprehensive kidney screening.
