Chloroxylenol 4.8% w/v + Terpineol 9% v/v + Alcohol (absolute) 13.1% v/v
Used as an antiseptic/disinfectant for first aid in minor cuts, grazes, insect bites and for hygienic cleansing; also used diluted for cleaning and disinfection as per label directions.
Chloroxylenol is a broad-spectrum antiseptic that disrupts microbial cell walls and enzymes. Terpineol and alcohol enhance antiseptic action, helping reduce bacterial load and risk of infection on minor wounds and skin.
For minor wounds: dilute as per label (commonly 1:20 with water) and apply/clean the area; do not use undiluted on skin unless label permits. For bathing/hygienic use use recommended dilution only. Avoid eyes, ears and mucous membranes.
