Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (morning sickness)
Doxylamine is an antihistamine with antiemetic effects that helps reduce nausea. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) supports neurotransmitter pathways involved in nausea control; together they improve symptoms of pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting.
Take as prescribed, commonly at bedtime; may be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving if sleepy.
Common side effects of Ducaine Tablet may include:
May cause significant sedation; avoid alcohol and other sedatives. Use caution in glaucoma, asthma/COPD, urinary retention/prostatic enlargement. Consult doctor before use with other antihistamines.
