• dizziness
• low blood pressure
• dehydration
• nausea
• headache
• increased potassium
• breast tenderness/gynecomastia
• menstrual irregularities

Dytor Plus 10 Tablet may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors/ARBs/aliskiren (hyperkalemia)
• other diuretics (electrolyte changes)
• NSAIDs (reduced diuretic effect/kidney risk)
• lithium (toxicity)
• digoxin (arrhythmia risk if electrolytes disturbed)
• potassium supplements
• trimethoprim (hyperkalemia)
• corticosteroids (hypokalemia with loop diuretic component)
