Paracetamol 125 mg + Phenylephrine HCl 2.5 mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1 mg per 5 ml
Symptomatic relief of common cold and flu: fever, headache, body aches, sore throat discomfort, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion and sinus pressure.
Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal mucosa to reduce blockage. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that decreases sneezing, watery eyes and runny nose by blocking H1 receptors.
Oral syrup. Shake well before use and measure with a dosing cup/spoon. Take as prescribed by a doctor; can be taken with or without food (take with food if stomach upset occurs). Do not exceed the recommended dose or use multiple paracetamol-containing products together.
