Important Warnings

Not recommended in severely immunocompromised patients, critically ill patients, or those with central venous catheters due to rare risk of fungemia. Use caution in patients with yeast allergy. Do not use if sachet is damaged; seek medical care if diarrhoea persists >48 hours, is severe, or associated with blood/fever/dehydration (especially in children/elderly).

VIBACT SACHETS may interact with the following:

Antifungal medicines (e.g.
fluconazole
itraconazole
amphotericin B
nystatin) may reduce probiotic effect; separate from antibiotics by 2 hours if used for antibiotic-associated diarrhoea; no significant interactions otherwise commonly reported.
