Known side effects of Zucapride S 10/100 Tab 15S include Genital fungal infections, urinary tract infection, increased urination, thirst, headache, nasopharyngitis, nausea, diarrhoea, hypoglycaemia (especially with insulin/sulfonylurea), dizziness. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

May cause dehydration/low BP—use caution in elderly, on diuretics, or with low BP. Increased risk of genital mycotic infections and UTIs. Assess kidney function before and during therapy; not recommended in severe renal impairment/ESRD or dialysis. Rare risk of pancreatitis (sitagliptin)—stop and seek care if severe abdominal pain. Inform doctor before surgery/acute illness; SGLT2 inhibitors are often withheld temporarily.
