Azro 100 Suspension contains Azithromycin (100mg) and is used for bacterial infections. Prescription required.

Treatment of Bacterial infections

Azro 100mg Syrup is an antibiotic. It works by interfering with the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to perform important functions. By doing so, it stops the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and prevents the infection from spreading.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Azro 100mg Syrup may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Finish the whole course even after you feel better. Tell your doctor if you have a heart rhythm problem or take a medicine for one — this group can affect the heart's electrical timing. Report severe or watery loose motions during or after the course rather than treating them yourself.

Interacts with a long list of medicines, including statins, some heart medicines and blood thinners — tell your doctor everything you take. Antacids reduce absorption; separate them by a couple of hours.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Once opened, use it within the period printed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children.
