Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which may help support carbohydrate and fat metabolism and promote a feeling of fullness. The effervescent tablet dissolves in water to deliver the ingredients in a palatable drink.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass (150-250 ml) of water and consume immediately. Preferably take after meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not swallow the tablet whole.
