Topical pain-relief spray used for temporary relief of muscle and joint pain such as sprains, strains, sports injuries, backache, neck/shoulder pain and minor arthritis-related aches (as per label).

Pain-relief sprays typically act locally on the skin and underlying tissues to reduce pain and inflammation and/or provide a counter‑irritant cooling/warming effect that distracts from pain. The exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients mentioned on the pack.

For external use only. Shake well (if mentioned on label). Spray onto the affected area from a short distance and allow to dry; gently massage if advised. Use 2–4 times daily or as directed on the label/doctor. Avoid applying on broken/irritated skin and avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucosa.

Read pack label for exact composition and precautions. For external use only; do not inhale deliberately. Avoid use on cuts, wounds, eczema, infected or broken skin. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, rash, swelling or breathing difficulty occurs. Do not use with tight bandages/heat pads unless advised. Keep away from flames/heat sources if the product is flammable/pressurised. Use in children, elderly, or if you have asthma/skin allergy only on medical advice.

If the product contains NSAIDs (e.g., diclofenac) or salicylates, avoid combining over the same area with other topical NSAIDs/salicylates and use caution with oral anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) due to bleeding risk. Interaction profile depends on the active ingredients; check label.

Store at room temperature (below 25–30°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from heat/flames and out of reach of children.
