Directions for Use
Take as advised by your doctor/label. Usually swallowed whole with water, preferably after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Drug Interactions
Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) with vitamin K-containing products, Antiepileptics (phenytoin/carbamazepine) may affect vitamin D/folate status, Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if iron/calcium present), Tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones (separate by 2-6 hours if iron/zinc/calcium present), Antacids/cholestyramine may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins
