Take as advised by your doctor/label. Usually swallowed whole with water, preferably after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you develop rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty. Do not use multiple vitamin/mineral products together unless advised to avoid overdose (especially vitamins A/D/E/K, iron).

Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) with vitamin K-containing products, Antiepileptics (phenytoin/carbamazepine) may affect vitamin D/folate status, Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if iron/calcium present), Tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones (separate by 2-6 hours if iron/zinc/calcium present), Antacids/cholestyramine may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins
