Used for menstrual hygiene to absorb menstrual flow and help keep the skin dry and comfortable; suitable for heavy flow days depending on variant.

The absorbent core pulls in menstrual fluid and locks it away using superabsorbent polymers, helping reduce wetness on the surface. The top sheet helps keep the contact layer relatively dry, while the back sheet and adhesive help prevent leakage and keep the pad in place.

Peel off the release paper and fix the pad on the centre of the underwear; wrap wings (if present) around the sides for a secure fit. Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if saturated; wash hands before and after use. For single use only; dispose in a bin (do not flush).

For external use only. Do not use on broken/irritated skin; discontinue and consult a doctor if persistent itching, rash, swelling, or pain occurs. Change pads regularly to reduce irritation and odor. Keep away from children and avoid flushing to prevent blockage.
