How long is the free trial?+
Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. You can access your selected plan features during this period.
Do you support monthly and annual billing?+
Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual pricing is configured to save two months compared to monthly billing.
How are locations counted?+
Each active branch counts as one location. For example, Kandigai, Mappedu, and Selaiyur count as three locations.
What happens when I downgrade?+
Downgrades are immediate. Your new plan limits apply instantly. Existing data remains safe, but new additions are blocked if you are over limit.
What is the grace period?+
If billing lapses, there is a 3-day grace period. During grace, you can recover access by completing payment.
What happens after expiry?+
Locked modules remain visible with clear upgrade guidance. Admin users can restore access from Billing Center.
Who owns the data?+
Your organization retains ownership of operational data generated inside PingMeDoc.
