Can Form 1A be done online?
Yes form 1A is done only through online. The physically issued form1a Cert is not valid anymore even though that document is issued by goverment doctor also its not accepted it has to be done directly through parivhan Goverment portal from the RTO Medical officer dashboard. Please not offline Form1a is no longer accepted by RTO
What information is usually reviewed?
Eye test- Visual acuity, Colour Blindness and any other Eye problems. Hearing test will be done. and Basic medical history, current medications, relevant symptoms and also doctor will look for any deformities and isuue the certificate.

Yes. In case the applicant has full deformity and unfit to hold driving license it will be rejected or the person is blind the certificate will be issued as unfit. but dont worry even with deformity and also colour blindness the doctor can approve Fit with Some Restriction.
