Composition

Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg + Tramadol 37.5 mg

Uses of Ace Proxyvon Tablet

Moderate to severe pain relief, musculoskeletal pain, joint pain (osteoarthritis/rheumatoid arthritis), backache, dental pain, post-operative pain

How it works

Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol reduces pain and fever through central action. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that alters pain perception by acting on mu-opioid receptors and inhibiting reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.

Directions for use

Take as prescribed by a doctor. Usually taken orally with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not crush/chew unless advised. Avoid exceeding prescribed dose due to risk of liver damage (paracetamol) and dependence/respiratory depression (tramadol).
