Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500 mg
Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, backache, menstrual pain, cold/flu-associated aches
Paracetamol works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, which reduces pain. It also acts on the heat-regulating center in the brain to lower fever.
Take by mouth with water, with or without food. Use the lowest effective dose at the shortest duration; follow the label/doctor’s advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and avoid taking multiple paracetamol-containing products together.

Do not use more than the recommended dose due to risk of serious liver damage. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, dehydration, or severe kidney disease. Seek medical help if rash/allergy occurs or if fever/pain persists. Overdose is a medical emergency.
