Levosalbutamol (as Levalbuterol) 0.5 mg/5 ml + Ambroxol Hydrochloride 15 mg/5 ml + Guaifenesin 50 mg/5 ml
Productive cough with thick mucus, chest congestion, wheezing/bronchospasm associated with bronchitis, asthma or COPD
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscles to relieve bronchospasm and wheeze. Ambroxol thins and breaks down mucus, while guaifenesin increases hydration of secretions and helps expel phlegm.
Oral syrup/expectorant. Take exactly as prescribed; measure with a dosing cup/spoon. Can be taken with or without food; taking after food may reduce stomach upset. Maintain adequate fluid intake; do not exceed recommended dose.

Use with caution in heart disease, high blood pressure, arrhythmias, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders and glaucoma. May cause tremor, dizziness or palpitations—avoid driving if affected. Seek medical help if breathing worsens, chest pain occurs, or symptoms persist beyond a few days. Not for dry cough without mucus unless advised by a doctor.
