Uses of Beclate 200 Rotacaps

Maintenance (preventer) treatment of bronchial asthma, Maintenance therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) where inhaled corticosteroid is indicated, Prevention of asthma symptoms such as wheeze, breathlessness and chest tightness

How it works

Beclometasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling in the airways. It decreases airway hyper‑responsiveness and mucus production, helping prevent asthma/COPD symptoms with regular use. It is not meant for immediate relief of acute bronchospasm.

Directions for use

Use only with a compatible rotahaler/rotacap inhaler device as prescribed. Inhale the powder from the rotacap; do not swallow the capsule. Use regularly at the same times each day; rinse/gargle mouth with water after each use to reduce oral thrush. Can be used with or without food; follow doctor’s dose and technique instructions.
