Important Warnings

Not for viral (herpes simplex), fungal or mycobacterial eye infections. Prolonged use can raise intraocular pressure and cause glaucoma/cataract; regular eye pressure checks may be needed. Stop and seek care for severe pain, worsening redness, swelling, rash or vision changes. Use caution with contact lenses (generally avoid during infection).

Other topical ophthalmic drugs (separate by 5-10 minutes); concomitant ocular corticosteroids (additive IOP increase); neuromuscular blockers with systemic aminoglycosides (theoretical
unlikely with eye drops)
