How Gardenal 30 Tablet Works
Phenobarbitone is a barbiturate antiepileptic that enhances GABA-mediated inhibitory neurotransmission and reduces neuronal excitability. This raises seizure threshold and helps prevent seizure spread in the brain.
Dosage & Directions
