Important Warnings

Use with caution in asthma/COPD, diabetes (may mask hypoglycaemia symptoms), thyroid disorders, peripheral vascular disease, and in patients with bradycardia, heart block, or decompensated heart failure. Seek urgent care for wheeze, severe dizziness/fainting, very slow pulse, or worsening shortness of breath/swelling.
