Drink powder: dissolve the entire contents as directed on the pack in the specified quantity of clean water; stir well and consume in small frequent sips. Seek medical advice if severe dehydration, persistent vomiting, blood in stool, high fever, or diarrhea lasting >24 hours in children or >48 hours in adults. Use with caution in kidney disease, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, or conditions requiring restricted sodium/potassium intake. Do not use if solution is cloudy or incorrectly mixed; over-concentrated ORS can worsen diarrhea or cause electrolyte imbalance. Diabetics should use with caution due to glucose content.
