Creates gentle negative pressure using a hand-operated handle to express milk from the breast. A soft silicone cushion helps stimulate milk flow and improve comfort during pumping.

Wash hands and assemble as per user manual. Place silicone cushion centrally over nipple/areola to ensure a good seal; sit comfortably and press the handle rhythmically until milk flow starts, then continue at a comfortable pace.
