Sulfonylurea that stimulates pancreatic insulin release and improves sensitivity.; Decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity; acts in liver and gut.
Take as directed by the physician, with or without food. Do not skip doses. Monitor blood sugar levels regularly.
Common side effects of Gemer 2 Tablet may include:
Carry sugar source for hypoglycemia; review during illness or fasting.; Inform clinician about kidney problems; withhold around iodinated contrast when advised.
