Q Lox M Suspension is an antibiotic, having ofloxacin and metronidazole as its active ingredients. Both these medicines damage the Dna of the infection-causing bacteria, thus killing it by stopping its growth. This prevents the infection from spreading without making the bacteria resistant to further treatment.
