How it works

The pad absorbs menstrual fluid through the top sheet into an absorbent core. Superabsorbent materials help lock in fluid and the leak-proof back sheet plus wings help prevent side and back leakage.

Directions for use

Remove from wrapper, unfold and place the adhesive side on the centre of underwear. Wrap wings around the sides of underwear. Change every 4–6 hours or more often if flow is heavy; dispose in a bin (do not flush).
