• headache
• ankle swelling (edema)
• flushing
• fatigue
• increased urination
• nausea
• low blood pressure
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/sodium)
• increased uric acid
• muscle cramps

Tazloc Trio 80MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives
• diuretics
• NSAIDs (may reduce effect and affect kidneys)
• lithium (toxicity risk)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics or salt substitutes (high potassium risk)
• ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (increased kidney/hyperkalemia risk—avoid in diabetes)
• corticosteroids (electrolyte changes)
• digoxin (levels may change)
• antidiabetic medicines (dose adjustment may be needed)
