Camphor 25% w/w, Menthol 8% w/w, Cajuput oil 7% w/w, Clove oil 1.5% w/w, Mint oil 6% w/w (typical Tiger Balm White formulation)
Temporary relief of headache, nasal congestion (common cold), minor muscle aches and pains, backache, sprains and insect-bite itching
It provides a counter-irritant and cooling-warming effect on the skin due to menthol and camphor, which helps distract from pain and reduces the sensation of aches. Essential oils provide mild local analgesic and decongestant effects when applied topically or inhaled from vapors.
For external use only. Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage 2–4 times daily. For headache, apply to temples/forehead; for nasal congestion, apply on chest/throat (do not apply inside nostrils). Wash hands after use; avoid eyes, mouth and broken/irritated skin.

For external use only. Do not apply on cuts, wounds, mucous membranes, or near eyes. Stop use if rash/irritation occurs. Do not use with heating pads or tight bandages. Keep out of reach of children; ingestion can be harmful. Consult a doctor before use in young children, if pregnant/breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist/worsen.
