Temporary relief of headache, body ache, muscular pain, backache, joint pain, sprains and minor aches; helps relieve nasal congestion associated with cold (when used as a rub/inhale as directed).

This is a topical counterirritant balm. Ingredients like menthol/camphor/methyl salicylate (commonly used in such balms) produce a cooling/warming sensation and increase local blood flow, which helps reduce the perception of pain. Vapours may provide a decongestant effect when inhaled.

For external use only. Apply a small amount on the affected area and massage gently 2-3 times daily or as directed by a physician. For headache, apply on forehead/temples (avoid eyes). Wash hands after use; do not apply on broken/irritated skin.

Skin irritation, redness, burning/stinging sensation, itching, rash, allergic reaction

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Do not apply on cuts, wounds, eczema or damaged skin. Do not use with heating pads/tight bandaging; excessive use can cause skin burns/irritation. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation/allergy occurs or if pain persists. Keep out of reach of children; if swallowed seek medical help immediately. Use cautiously in aspirin allergy, asthma, or if on blood thinners if the balm contains salicylates (check label).

May increase bleeding risk if used excessively over large areas with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) if the formulation contains methyl salicylate; additive skin irritation with other topical irritants/medicated oils; avoid applying with other salicylate-containing products on same area.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep container tightly closed and away from moisture.
