How it works

Toltam Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Tolterodine, which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Tolterodine is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so that urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent, or uncontrolled urination.
