For in-vitro diagnostic use only. Use only compatible meter (Accu-Chek Active). Do not use expired, damaged, wet, or contaminated strips. Close vial cap immediately after removing a strip; moisture/heat can affect accuracy. If symptoms do not match results, repeat test and consult a doctor. Dispose of lancets/strips safely as biomedical waste/sharps.

High/low hematocrit, dehydration, shock, severe hypotension, and some interfering substances may affect glucose readings; follow meter/strip package insert for limitations. Drug interactions are generally not applicable as this is a diagnostic device.

Store strips in the original vial at room temperature (typically below 30°C), away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Keep vial tightly closed. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
