Treatment of Bacterial infections

Amiva 250mg Injection is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. It works by binding to a part of the bacteria responsible for protein production (30S ribosomal subunit), stopping their growth. This leads to the production of faulty proteins or a complete halt in protein synthesis, ultimately killing the bacteria or stopping their growth.

This is an injectable medicine and should be administered only by a healthcare professional. Dose and duration depend on the condition being treated, kidney/liver function, and clinical response. Do not self-inject.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Injection to be used only under medical supervision. Inform your doctor about any history of drug allergy, kidney disease, liver disease, hearing problems, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and all current medicines. Seek urgent care if you develop rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, severe diarrhea, or unusual bleeding/bruising.

Store as per pack/label instructions. Protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze unless specified. Keep out of reach of children.
