Risk of GI bleeding/ulcer especially with prolonged use, older age, alcohol, steroids or blood thinners. Use cautiously in kidney impairment, heart failure, hypertension, liver disease and asthma. Avoid in active peptic ulcer disease and in late pregnancy unless advised.
