Acne vulgaris (inflammatory acne), pimples with redness and swelling; helps in acne marks and oily skin control as supportive care

Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis and reduces Cutibacterium acnes, decreasing inflammation. Nicotinamide has anti-inflammatory effects and may reduce sebum and improve skin barrier, helping reduce redness and acne lesions.

External use only. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected skin once or twice daily as advised; avoid eyes, mouth and mucosa; use moisturizer/sunscreen if dryness or sensitivity occurs.

Dryness, peeling, burning, stinging, redness, itching

Discontinue if severe irritation or persistent diarrhea occurs. Avoid overuse and combining with multiple irritant acne products unless advised. Use caution in sensitive skin, eczema, or history of colitis.

Other topical acne agents (retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid) may increase irritation; topical erythromycin may reduce effectiveness of clindamycin

Store below 25-30°C, away from direct sunlight and heat; keep tightly closed.
