Nutritional supplement commonly used to support joint health, bone health, and connective tissue; may be used as an adjunct in osteoarthritis or age-related joint discomfort.

Collagen/related nutrients (if present) provide amino acids that support connective tissue and cartilage matrix. Added vitamins/minerals/antioxidants (product dependent) may support bone metabolism and reduce oxidative stress.

Take orally as directed on the label or by physician. Generally taken once daily after food; measure with the provided cap/spoon. Shake well before use if instructed.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in people with allergies to ingredients (e.g., fish/animal-derived collagen) if applicable. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney disease, or are on long-term medicines.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets if the formulation contains omega-3, vitamin E or herbal ingredients; mineral-containing supplements can reduce absorption of some antibiotics/thyroxine (separate dosing).

Store below 25°C, protect from light, keep tightly closed. Do not use if seal is broken.
