Nutritional supplement for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS/PCOD) to help support ovulation and menstrual regularity; helps improve insulin resistance and metabolic parameters; supports vitamin D levels and overall reproductive health.
Myo-inositol and D-chiro inositol act as insulin-sensitizing agents and support ovarian function, which may help restore ovulation and improve cycle regularity in PCOS. Chromium picolinate supports glucose metabolism and insulin action. Vitamin D3 supports hormonal and metabolic health and corrects vitamin D insufficiency.
Oral sachet: dissolve the contents in water (or as directed) and consume immediately. Typically taken once daily, preferably after food, or as advised by a doctor/gynecologist.
Nausea, abdominal discomfort, bloating, diarrhea, headache
Not for treatment of acute vitamin D deficiency unless advised by a doctor. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia/hypervitaminosis D, or severe dehydration. Diabetics should monitor blood glucose as insulin sensitivity may improve; dose adjustments of antidiabetic medicines may be needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose; stop and seek medical advice if you develop symptoms of high calcium (persistent nausea/vomiting, constipation, excessive thirst, confusion).
