Used for self-monitoring of blood glucose when used with a compatible Control D glucometer for diabetes care.

Test strips use an electrochemical enzyme reaction with glucose in the blood sample. The compatible meter interprets the signal to provide a glucose reading.

Confirm compatibility with your Control D glucometer model. Insert strip, apply blood sample to the strip channel, and wait for reading. Single-use only; keep strip vial capped and use within stated period after opening.

Do not use expired strips or strips exposed to humidity/heat. Wash and dry hands before testing; avoid squeezing finger excessively (may dilute sample). Seek medical advice if results do not match symptoms.

May be affected by hematocrit extremes and certain interfering substances depending on strip technology; refer to product insert for limitations.

Store in original vial at room temperature, protected from moisture, heat and direct light. Do not transfer strips to another container.
