Heat therapy for pain relief, muscle cramps/spasm relief, backache and joint pain supportive care

A hot water bottle provides local moist heat that increases blood flow and relaxes muscles. Heat can reduce stiffness and relieve mild pain by soothing tissues and decreasing muscle spasm.

Fill with hot (not boiling) water up to about two-thirds, expel air, and close the stopper tightly. Wrap in a cloth cover and apply to the affected area for 10-20 minutes as needed. Do not place directly on skin; do not use while sleeping.

Skin redness, burns, blistering (if too hot or prolonged contact)

Avoid boiling water and overfilling. Check for leaks/cracks before use and replace if worn. Use caution in children, elderly, and people with reduced sensation/diabetes; avoid prolonged application to prevent burns.

Store clean and dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Empty after use and keep the stopper loosely fitted to allow drying.
