Complementary feeding for infants (8 to 24 months); provides energy and nutrients to support growth during weaning

This is a cooked/instant rice-based complementary food that provides carbohydrates for energy along with added vegetables and fortified micronutrients. It helps meet increased nutritional needs when breast milk alone is not sufficient after 6 months.

For oral use as complementary food for infants 8–24 months. Prepare as per pack instructions by mixing recommended quantity with previously boiled and cooled water or milk to a smooth consistency; feed with a clean spoon. Use immediately after preparation and discard leftovers.

Usually well tolerated; possible bloating, gas, constipation or loose stools, allergy (if sensitive to any ingredient)

Not a substitute for breast milk. Use only for infants older than 6 months; continue breastfeeding as advised. Check ingredients for allergens and avoid if the child has known hypersensitivity. Prepare with clean hands/utensils; improper preparation/storage can cause illness. Consult a pediatrician if the child is premature, underweight, has food allergies, or has a medical condition.

No known drug interactions; if the child is on iron/other supplements, follow pediatrician advice to avoid excessive total intake.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the pack tightly closed after opening; use within the period mentioned on the label.
